Refund Policy

At Optimuz Venture Sdn Bhd, we are committed to providing reliable smart powerbank rental services and customer satisfaction. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Payment was successfully charged, but no powerbank was dispensed.
  • Powerbank machine malfunction during rental process.
  • Duplicate or multiple charges for the same transaction.
  • Refund approved due to technical issues verified by our support team.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for the following:

  • Delay in returning the powerbank caused by the user.
  • Charges incurred due to late return the powerbank within 24 hours. If the powerbank is NOT returned in 24 hours, your deposit RM 55 will be deducted and the powerbank will be considered SOLD and is yours to keep.
  • User error, including selecting the wrong rental station or incorrect usage.
  • Requests made after an unreasonable period without valid proof.

3. Auto Refund Request Process

How To Get Your Refund

  1. Step 1 : Download & Open
    Download the apps MineBatt from the google play/Apple store and open it .
  2. Step 2 : Open “Wallet”
    Open the option button on the top left and search wallet.
  3. Step  3 : Request Withdraw
    Tap withdraw on the top right to request for your refund.

4. Manual Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please provide the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Contact Number
  • Transaction Date & Time
  • Rental Location / User ID
  • Payment Receipt / Screenshot
  • Brief Description of Issue

Requests can be submitted via customer service WhatsApp, email, or official support channel.

5. Processing Time

  • Refund processing may take 3 to 5 working days, depending on payment provider and bank processing time.
  • For high volume requests, processing may take longer.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.

7. Company Rights

Optimuz Venture Sdn Bhd reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or investigate any refund request suspected of fraud, misuse, or incomplete information.
